RETURN POLICY FOR EVALUATION KITS
If merchandise does not meet your expectations, please return in its original packing in resalable condition and full purchase prices minus shipping & handling fees. A 15% restocking fee may be imposed if merchandise is returned in poor condition. Please call our customer service dept. at 888-735-7888x2 for a return authorization number(RMA#) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.

2) EnGenius is not responsible for shipping charges, postage due, lost, destroy, damaged, misdirected or delayed mail: a late fee of $40.00 will be assessed if it is determined that the merchandise is returned late.
3) Customer is responsible for shipping & handling cost.

Return for credit will only be available if exact item is returned within 30 days of the date of invoice, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Proof of purchase is required. Please call our customer service at 888-735-7888x2 for return authorization number(RMA#) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
RMA RETURN POLICY
This RMA return policy will apply to all merchandise returned. Please call our customer service at 888-735-7888x2 for return authorization number (RMA#). This number must be written outside the returned box. In the case of return for credit, you must strictly comply with the return policy and return the item concerned within 30 days from the RMA# issuance date. All RMA return for credit received after 30 days of their issuance date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal of credit.

CONDITIONS FOR ADVANCE REPLACEMENT ORDERS
1) This is your advance replacement for your EnGenius system which has been secured against your credit card/net 30 days term.
2) An invoice at current list price will be issued against this advance replacement
3) Please return the EXACT items(non-working merchandise) with a copy of this packing slip to ENGENIUS TECHNOLOGIES, 1580 SCENIC AVENUE, COSTA MESA, CA 92626
4) Write the RMA# assigned to you on the outside of the return box.
5) We will issued a credit memo upon receipt of the non-working merchandise
6) TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE. If we do not receive the non-working merchandise within 21 days of the invoice date, we will charge your credit card accordingly. If this advance replacement is secured against your net 30 days term, you will have to pay for the advance replacement merchandise.
7) To be considered for credit, the non-working merchandise must be returned within the EnGenius term of warranty cover set out in EnGenius User Manual
8) Missing parts will be charged at current list price. Non-warranty covered damages will be at our current non-warranty repair fee

DISCREPANCIES
EnGenius Technologies, Inc. MUST BE NOTIFIED within NO MORE THAN 2 (TWO) BUSINESS DAYS from the date the order is received at 888-735-7888 or fax 714-432-8667 in the event of discrepancies between quantity received and quantity ordered. Failure to make such notification would create the presumption that the shipment(s) correct.
