RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
Product warranted ONLY if purchased from an "Authorized EnGenius Reseller". Contact EnGenius 888.735.7888 x 514 or click here to find an authorized installer in your area.
All items being sent in for repair require an RMA number. A RMA is issued by the EnGenius Service Center after the RMA request is made. A RMA number is required for both warranty and non - warranty repairs. Item sent to the EnGenius Service Center without a visible RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused and return to sender.

Extended Warranties Currently, EnGenius Technologies does NOT offer extended warranties, so if you purchased an extended warranty please refer to your service contact with the company you purchased the extended warranty from. If your item was purchased within the factory-backed warranty period (usually 90 days or 1 year) we will be happy to assist you.

Please place a copy of your original equipment purchase invoice, or dated packing slip in the box of equipment being sent in for repair. If you fail to send a proof of purchase with shipment you may be charge for a non-warranty repair.
