Repair Fees for EnGenius Telecom Products:
Effective: July 1, 2010 for U.S.A. customers
DuraFon: $149 per item.
FreeStyl 1: $99 per item.

As EnGenius continues to make improvements to its products the software and hardware changes make it unreliable for EnGenius to be able to support these older units. Effective January 2, 2011 EnGenius will no longer repair telephone products that were manufactured 5 or more years ago. Serial numbers that begin with 07, 06, 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 00, 99, or 98 will no longer be repaired. These products can take advantage of the EnGenius trade-in program for new, warranted products. To determine the exact month that will no longer be repaired, the third digit of the serial number will indicate the month (eg: 061 = Jan, 2006; 062 = Feb, 2006; 06A = Oct, 2006; 06B = Nov, 2006; 06C = Dec, 2006); so for units needing repair in April of 2011 with serial numbers beginning with 061, 062 or 063 will no longer be repaired. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
