Unless you have done upgrades before, it is recommended you talk to an EnGenius representative for details on upgrades (888-735-7888x514).
Non-warranty repairs require payment before being returned. You have 90 DAYS to claim and pay for an RMA. If you fail to respond within this time, YOUR RMA ITEMS WILL BE KEPT TO COVER COSTS OF REPAIR.
-Level 0 (Warranty) Engenius phones have a 1 year limited warranty. This 1 year warranty is based on proof of purchase date from an authorized dealer. You will need to include a copy of the PROOF OF PURCHASE in with the phone you send for repair. Additionally, the warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.
-Level 1 means that the unit may be outside it's warranty period, with zero physical damage, or may have limited physical damage (such as a cracked lens). A cracked housing does not fall under this repair level. Damaged housing brings a unit under Level 2.
-Level 1+ is optional. It is for units that would normally fall under Level 1, but you would like a new battery and antenna included with the repair.
-Level 2 is for units with more physical damage than just a cracked lens. Damage such as cracked housing, water damage, or burnt circuit boards, would fall under level 2.
-Level 2+ is optional. It is for units that would normally fall under Level 2, but you would like a new battery and antenna included with the repair.
Repaired phones, and also accessories have a 90 days warranty, and must be handled directly by EnGenius if they're within their warranty period.
Product warranted only if purchased from an "Authorized EnGenius Reseller".
