Currently, EnGenius Technologies does NOT offer extended warranties, so if you purchased an extended warranty please refer to your service contact with the company you purchased the extended warranty from. If your item was purchased within the factory-backed warranty period (usually 90 days or 1 year) we will be happy to assist you.

1 RMA Service Fees include: Customer and Technical Service evaluation of trouble, set-up, programming and equipment. RMA service is considered part of your EnGenius warranty.
2 Equipment purchased from Non-Authorized Resellers do NOT carry a factory-backed EnGenius warranty.
3 Equipment purchased from Non-Authorized Resellers is subject to both the RMA Service Fee and the "Out-of-warranty" Repair Fee.
4 Apply to all DuraFon models and based upon a single serial number. Accessories (eg: batteries, antennas, chargers, etc.) carry a 90 day warranty.
5 Prices include return ground shipping to 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii extra. Overnight return shipping available to 48 states for a flat $35.00, with Alaska and Hawaii extra. International RMA requests must accept a flat $45 duty fee, along with applicable return shipping costs. 6. EnGenius Flat Rate Repair – Battery & Optimal Performance Antenna included with DuraFon repair (DuraFon Only)
Neither RMA nor Repair Service Fees include replacement of accessories, (eg: batteries, antennas, belt clips, etc.)
Accessories have a 90 day limited warranty. If an accessory fails within its warranty period, please contact EnGenius at 714-432-8668 x514.
Trade-in of older EnGenius equipment
1.Trade-In credit can only be applied towards purchase of any DuraFon system or handset.

15. Repairs for SN-920 & EP-490 models can only be repaired one time
• All future repairs to serial number must be upgraded
• 90 day warranty on repairs
Non-warranty repairs require payment before being returned. You have 90 DAYS to claim and pay for an RMA. If you fail to respond within this time, YOUR RMA ITEMS WILL BE KEPT TO COVER COSTS OF REPAIR.
Repaired phones and accessories have a 90 days warranty, and must be handled directly by EnGenius if they're within their warranty period.
