LIMITED WARRANTY
Attention U.S. customers: EnGenius product has NO manufacturer's warranty unless purchased from an EnGenius Authorized Reseller. To verify a reseller is authorized, please visit our website at: https://www.engeniustech.com/CRSystem/authorizedinstaller.aspx or contact us at 888-735-7888.
Modification to this product not expressly approved by the manufacturer may void the warranty and the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in the United States, its territories, and Canada. Warranty is valid from the original point of purchase.
What is covered?
Any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on the handset, base unit, and charger.
Warranty period
One year from the date of purchase. Please fill out the warranty card and mail it in. Or, register through online warranty registration. (Keep your dated, original receipt as proof of purchase).
What will we do?
If product is defective in materials or workmanship and is returned to us within one year of the date of purchase with proof of purchase, we will repair it or, at our option, replace it at no charge to you.
When product must be repaired, we may choose to replace it with a new or reconditioned unit of the same or similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for either (a) 90 days or (b) the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, whichever is longer.
LIMITATIONS
Implied warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability (an unwritten warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use), are limited to one year from the date of purchase.
We will not pay for loss of time, loss of business, inconvenience, loss of use of this product, bodily injury or property damage caused by this product or its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
What this warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover batteries, other accessories nor defects resulting from events outside of the manufacturer's control including but not limited to, accidents, damage while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, damage resulting from misuse, mishandling (including bent or broken antenna), or operations outside of the normal operating range, conditions or environment, fire, flood, other acts of God and use outside of the United States and Canada. Nor do we warrant this product to be compatible with any particular telephone equipment or party line, key telephone systems or more sophisticated customer premises switching systems. If product is not covered by our warranty, call us at 888-735-7888 for repair information and charges. We, at our option, may replace rather than repair this product with a new or reconditioned one of the same or similar design. The repair or replacement will be warranted for 90 days.
Damage resulting from the use of batteries not supplied by the manufacturer for use in this phone may void the warranty.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state
ENGENIUS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED BY ENGENIUS "AS IS". ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT WILL ENGENIUS HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, OR THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS TO PERFORM, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
