Yes, the personal information you provided will be transferred to the United States and be stored on systems maintained by our third-party provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). We have signed a Data Processing Addendum with AWS to ensure that the transfers meet the GDPR international data transfer requirements.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. When you registered our Partner Portal, you may further request a special offer for any specific project through Deal Registration in case of a tender or project.

When you registered our Partner Portal, you may further request and purchase an EnGenius NFR Kit at a significant discount.

d. Country of your Company : Country is needed for correct localization of the product.

e. Your Contact Number : For more personal and direct approach we like to contact you by phone in case additional information is required.

f. Distributor you Purchase from :The data filled in will be forwarded to this distributor to arrange the NFR-Kit.

g. NFR Kit. : We need to know the selected content of the NFR-kit.

You can subscribe our Newsletters via our website to know about our latest products & services, exclusive offers, promotions and events. To sign up the Newsletter, you will be directed to third party service, named Mailchimp, to complete the registration.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

In order to qualify for the Limited lifetime warranty, all eligible products must be registered with complete information and proof of purchase by sending LLW registration form to EnGenius. Otherwise, the product warranty will be 2 years or less as general warranty.

ezMaster

EzMaster is provided by our parent company Senao Networks, Inc. (“Senao”).

EnGenius Networks B.V. will not collect your personal information when you register with ezMaster. Senao will not share your data with us without your consent.

To improve our software services, Senao may share with us aggregated statistics and analysis of usage of ezMaster by territory. This data will not include your personal information.

EnGenius Cloud

You may use EnGenius Cloud for managing and monitoring your EnGenius Cloud devices.
