El dise\u00f1o original de la plataforma QCA Dakota admite solo 3 tablas de potencia: FCC, ETSI y MKK. En este documento, proponemos una soluci\u00f3n de software flexible para admitir m\u00e1s tablas de potencia para todos los pa\u00edses.<\/span><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #00aeef; font-size: 1.0em; font-weight: 700; line-height: 1.5em\">I. Introducci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 1.0em; font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em\">Los productos inal\u00e1mbricos se han vuelto cada vez m\u00e1s populares en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os haciendo que la conexi\u00f3n Wi-Fi est\u00e9 disponible en todas partes. Pero la limitaci\u00f3n de la potencia de transmisi\u00f3n es diferente de un pa\u00eds a otro porque las regulaciones en cada regi\u00f3n son diferentes. El dise\u00f1o original de la plataforma Dakota de QCA admite solo 3 tablas de potencia: FCC, ETSI y MKK. Pero los productos inal\u00e1mbricos se venden a muchos m\u00e1s pa\u00edses que los que utilizan estas mesas de potencia. Los pa\u00edses exigen que sigamos la regla de potencia de transmisi\u00f3n local para limitar la potencia de transmisi\u00f3n de los productos inal\u00e1mbricos. En nuestra situaci\u00f3n actual, necesitaremos apoyar a India, Corea, Australia, Nueva Zelanda y Canad\u00e1. Pero la arquitectura actual no tiene suficiente espacio para agregar m\u00e1s tablas de potencia. Es un formato fijo llamado archivo de datos de la placa, que se incluye como un archivo binario en el firmware. El controlador de Wi-Fi de QCA se basa en el c\u00f3digo de pa\u00eds para leer la tabla de potencia en el archivo binario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #00aeef; font-size: 1.0em; font-weight: 700; line-height: 1.5em\">II - Declaraci\u00f3n del problema<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444; font-size: 1.0em; font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5em\">Una soluci\u00f3n es separar la imagen del firmware para diferentes pa\u00edses. Cada firmware incluye diferentes archivos de datos de placa para los pa\u00edses correspondientes. Pero ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil mantener la imagen del firmware si se modifica mediante una actualizaci\u00f3n del firmware. Otra soluci\u00f3n es incluir los archivos de datos de la placa de todos los pa\u00edses en una imagen de firmware y cambiar el archivo de datos de la placa correctamente al seleccionar pa\u00edses. En esta soluci\u00f3n, muchos archivos de datos de la placa deben incluirse en una versi\u00f3n de firmware y deben reemplazarse por el original al cambiar de pa\u00eds. Y no es necesario agregar muchos archivos de datos de la placa en el firmware y luego reemplazar el original en tiempo de ejecuci\u00f3n. Seguimos la estructura de la tabla de potencias para agregar la limitaci\u00f3n de potencia para cada pa\u00eds.
