EnGenius Networks Europe B.V. Warranty
EnGenius devices purchased in Europe are covered by a two-year standard warranty serviced through authorized distributors. The two-year standard warranty applies to products that are not eligible for the EnGenius Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW).
EnGenius Networks Europe B.V. Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW)
The EnGenius Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to selected eligible products purchased within Europe.
- The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to eligible EnGenius Cloud models purchased within Europe.
- Eligible products purchased on or after May 1, 2017 may qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- EnGenius Partners are entitled to the Limited Lifetime Warranty without registration. To become an EnGenius Partner, please sign up here:
https://partners.engeniusnetworks.eu/EU/profile/signup - For other EnGenius customers, including end users, the Limited Lifetime Warranty is granted once the LLW registration has been approved.
- For end users, eligible products must be registered with complete product information and proof of purchase to qualify for the Limited Lifetime Warranty. If the required information is not provided, the product will remain subject to the warranty policy provided by the direct seller.
See link to request form below. - LLW registration must be completed within two months of the product purchase date.
- The EnGenius Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only when the original proof of purchase is issued by an authorized distributor or reseller. The documentation must include the place of purchase, date of purchase, and product model number. EnGenius reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information has been removed, altered, or is missing.
- In the event of a warranty claim, the product must be returned to the original point of purchase. The authorized supplier will process the Limited Lifetime Warranty claim in accordance with the terms and conditions of EnGenius Networks Europe B.V.
- EnGenius reserves the right to modify these Warranty Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Period
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is defined as the lifetime of an eligible product purchased from an authorized distributor or reseller within Europe, from the date of purchase through the product's effective End-of-Life (EOL) date.
EnGenius will announce EOL dates on the EnGenius Networks Europe B.V. website or communicate them through authorized distributors and resellers.
Limited Lifetime Warranty support will continue for an additional two (2) years after the applicable EOL announcement date.

Consumable items, accessories, and optional items, including lightning arrestors, surge arrestors, RF cables, pigtails, fans, embedded PSUs, and antennas, are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Products Eligible for Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to eligible EnGenius Cloud product families, including:
- ECW and ECW-Lite managed wireless access points
- ECS and ECS-Lite managed switches
- ESG gateways
- ECP PDUs
- ECC cameras
Product eligibility and warranty coverage may vary depending on the product's lifecycle status. Please refer to the discontinued products page for current EOL and discontinued product information.
The EnGenius EnSky EWS family is no longer eligible for Limited Lifetime Warranty. The applicable LLW support period has expired for all devices.
The EWS-Fit family is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
