Jollibee Food Corporation is the largest fast-food chain in the Philippines, operating a network of more than 1,400 stores. Over the years, it has expanded to more than 270 international branches across the globe, including Vietnam, the United States, Canada, the UK, and many other countries across Asia and the Middle East.
Jollibee’s 100 restaurants in Vietnam needed a Wi-Fi network upgrade that would allow a Wi-Fi advertising splash page to engage their guests.
The Need
Jollibee was looking for a Wi-Fi 6, futureproof solution that could be easily integrated with third-party Wi-Fi marketing platforms. They also wanted a hassle-free, affordable deployment with centralized management.

The Solution
With the help of EnGenius Singapore, Jollibee received approximately 2-3 units of the 11ac ECW120 and 11ax ECW220 cloud access points deployed at each of its 100 restaurant locations for a total of 200 units.
The management information system (MIS) featured a simple, centralized cloud dashboard for network visualization, statistical analysis, and easy maintenance. The external splash page for each Jollibee network was also integrated seamlessly with a simple script.
The Result
Jollibee was greatly impressed with the speed and ease of deployment as well as the functionality of EnGenius’s Wi-Fi 6 access points. In addition, the splash page feature would allow the chain to monetize its Wi-Fi for maximum profits.
