Help Center allows you to submit a Support Request ticket at any time for your EnGenius product. You can also create an account to easily track your open tickets.
Customer Support Chat is available from 7:00AM – 4:00PM (PDT) Monday through Friday. Chat can be initiated by the “talk bubble” icon at the bottom right of screen.
Look for support documents and answers to FAQs in the EnGenius Help Center, available 24 hours/day.
