Trade Show: OPTECH 2026

OPTECH brings together the rental housing operators, innovators, and technology leaders pushing multifamily forward—faster.

For more than 25 years, OPTECH has been the place where real estate leaders come to discover what is next, connecting cutting-edge technology with the people and strategies driving meaningful change.

Now designed exclusively for RETTC members, OPTECH is built for those leaders serious about advancing rental housing—and committed to a more connected, effective vision for real estate and technology.

That commitment comes to life through focused, operator-driven conversations on the issues shaping performance right now—from AI and automation to cybersecurity, data management, customer experience, policy, and more. The result is a powerful combination of strategic insight and practical know-how that helps decision-makers move faster, think smarter, and stay ahead.
