International Language & Business Centre is a private school established 1995 in the country of Myanmar. The institution has now grown to more than 10,000 students on 30 campuses in nine major cities of the country: Yangon, Mandalay, Naypyidaw, Myitkyina, Taunggyi, Monywa, Lashio, Taungoo, and Myeik.
All students are taught in English and given a personal computer for completing homework through ILBC’s technology integrated learning (TIL) system. The PCs, smartphones, and other devices used by thousands of students and staff drove the need for a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi solution.
The Need
ILBC wanted to install Wi-Fi networks on all 30 campuses with centralized network management for monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration. The Result
Although the deployment was substantial, the installation went off without a hitch due to the pre-configuration of devices and use of site planning tools. Now ILBC is equipped with the most advanced Wi-Fi 6 network to further student learning through in a reliable technological environment.
