• Automatic Context Narrative: Automatically generate context descriptions that summarize events.

• Natural Language Search: Find incidents using everyday language queries.

• Attribute Search: for people, vehicles, clothing, objects, and more.

• Cross-Camera Search and Tracking: Search and track people or vehicles across multiple cameras.

• Intelligent Event Alerts: Get notifications based on behaviors and activities, not just motion.

• SD Alert: Get notified of behaviors detected base on your custom alert rule, defined using everyday language.

 

Instead of spending hours reviewing recordings, Cloud AI helps you find, understand, and respond to important events within seconds.

AI tokens are consumed only once when Cloud AI analyzes newly recorded video and generates metadata. Once the analysis is complete, you can:

• Search the same footage unlimited times.

• Receive AI alerts without consuming additional tokens.

• Review AI-generated event descriptions repeatedly.

 

You pay for AI analysis, not for every search or notification.

Your camera continues to provide:

• Live View

• Video Recording

• Playback

• Edge AI detection and events

 

However, Cloud AI features become unavailable, including:

• AI-powered Search across cameras

• Video Context Analysis

• Intelligent AI Alerts

• Rich searchable metadata

 

Your recordings remain available, but they are no longer analyzed by Cloud AI.

Your cameras will continue to operate normally (Live View, Video Recording, Playback, and Edge AI detection all remain active).

 

However, newly recorded videos will no longer be analyzed by Cloud AI. As a result:

• No new AI-powered alerts will be generated.

• New recordings cannot be searched using natural language or AI attributes.

• No new video context descriptions or searchable metadata will be created.

 

Previously analyzed videos are not affected. You can continue to:

• Search previously analyzed footage using natural language or attributes.

• View AI-generated video context descriptions.

• Use cross-camera search and object tracking on existing analyzed footage.

• Review previously generated AI alerts.

 

Simply renew or add AI tokens to resume Cloud AI analysis for newly recorded videos.
